Insulation bearing
The high-speed and heavy-duty insulated bearings independently developed by the team have a variety of processes such as anti-corrosion, high-voltage resistance, scattered flow, and anti-electric corrosion, breaking foreign records and blockades, and have important demonstration and leading significance in promoting the localization of special bearings for high-speed railways, motor cars and subways.
The self-developed insulating bearings have been tested on the train with 32 bearing box bearings and 2 motor bearings of 1103 cars on Shenzhen Metro Line 11. After the test, the data are better than those of famous foreign brands. In the later period, imported bearings will be gradually replaced, laying a solid foundation for the localization of insulating bearings, bringing hundreds of billions of benefits and saving tens of billions of various costs.
Technical features:
The self-developed insulation bearing is made of 100-300μm special materials, and the outer surface of the bearing is sprayed with high-quality film. It is an insulation bearing with various processes such as anti-corrosion, high-voltage resistance, scattered flow, and anti-electric corrosion;
The breakdown voltage is above 3000V, and the maximum voltage can withstand 10000V;
After special process and sealing agent treatment, it can play a good anti-corrosion function under the complex conditions of pH and humidity.
