Die forging hydraulic press
The Heavy Equipment Technology Research Institute of Tianjin Research Institute for Advanced Equipment, Tsinghua University originated from the forging group of Tsinghua University. It has independent and original core technologies such as steel wire prestressed winding, prestressed splitting and closing, and ultra-high pressure technology. It is engaged in the development and service of heavy hydraulic presses, ultra-high pressure systems, forging processes, special tooling molds and other products for aerospace, weapons, petroleum and petrochemical, transportation, special industries and other fields.
High Rigidity Heavy Die Forging Hydraulic Press and Its Application
The self-developed 100MN-1000MN series high-rigidity heavy-duty die forging hydraulic press is mainly used for precision die forging of titanium alloy, high-temperature alloy, powder alloy, high-strength steel, aluminum alloy and other materials. It has die forging, isothermal die forging, hot die forging and constant strain rate control modes, and has the advantages of high rigidity (better than 1/8000), high balance accuracy (better than 0.2 mm/m), high fatigue life and short construction period.
New Structure Multi-directional Die Forging Hydraulic Press and Its Application
Independent research and development of 20MN-1000MN series of new structure multi-directional die forging hydraulic press, multi-directional die forging technology combines the characteristics of ordinary die forging and extrusion, is the real sense of closed die forging, with fewer processes, less fire, the advantages of high material utilization rate. The team proposed a multi-directional die forging hydraulic press with a new structure of "steel wire prestressed winding orthogonal pretension frame", which generates pretension in the vertical and horizontal directions to balance the pressing load in the vertical and horizontal directions when the press works, thus improving the fatigue strength and rigidity of the frame.
Ultra-high pressure technology and its application
In terms of ultra-high pressure technology and application, the design and manufacture of system equipment with a maximum pressure of 1400MPa can be realized, and the development of ultra-high pressure food processing equipment and long-life large-diameter tube self-tightening equipment can be carried out, thus realizing the localization and autonomy of key equipment.
