Fully automatic assembly line
The full-automatic assembly line developed by the team includes 10 processes and 12 workstations, including automatic feeding, automatic starting, automatic assembly, automatic detection, airtight helium inspection, flange assembly, etc. It is an unmanned intelligent production line based on automation technology, vision technology and intelligent software management technology. The construction of black light factory in domestic unmanned workshops is of reference significance.
Production line function:
Automatic on-line: roller sorting through automatic identification of product information/robot without grabbing;
Automatic assembly: to achieve valves, flanges, bolts, nuts, gaskets, seals, springs and other parts of the automatic assembly line;
Automatic tightening: standard parts are automatically tightened, and the whole process is tightened in place;
On-line detection: on-line automatic measurement of key dimensions after installation;
Intelligent software: all process parameters and production data of each product can be traced back more than 3 years.
