The leaders of China Nuclear (Tianjin) Machinery Co., Ltd. arrived at the hospital for investigation.

On September 20, 2023, Zhang Xudong, secretary of the discipline Inspection Commission of CNNC (Tianjin) Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CNNC Tianjin"), and Duan Shengpeng, chief engineer and deputy general manager, led a team to visit the manufacturing base of Tianjin High-end equipment Research Institute of Tsinghua University (hereinafter referred to as "Tsinghua Tianjin equipment Institute") for on-site investigation. Wang Rongguo, deputy director of the Compound Manufacturing Institute of our hospital, and relevant persons in charge received the leaders of CNNC Tianjin.

Site Investigation of Manufacturing Base

At the manufacturing base site, the two sides had an in-depth exchange on the JLG component assembly automation device project. Li Zheng, the project manager, introduced the installation and commissioning of 10 groups of workstations, and the two sides had extensive discussions on the realization of key technologies and breakthroughs in difficult technologies. The goal of the project is to carry out equipment transformation and research and development on the existing assembly JLG assembly line, and realize the automatic assembly, information transmission and operation control of JLG components. At present, the project is in the stage of assembly and commissioning. As of the 20th, the arrival progress of the project is about 90%, the installation progress is about 70%, and the commissioning progress is about 40%.
After the on-site investigation, the two sides conducted friendly exchanges and consultations, and reached a consensus on the implementation details and schedule of the project.

The leadership of CNNC Tianjin fully affirmed the phased results of the project, saying that the composite manufacturing institute has achieved gratifying results in the work of rushing to schedule and time limit by focusing on the procurement process and suppliers, increasing installation and commissioning personnel, and highly recognized the work of the project. The implementation progress, quality control and other work, hope to continue to maintain in the next stage, and pay close attention to the installation and commissioning work.
Wang Rongguo, deputy director of the Composite Manufacturing Institute, expressed his warm welcome to the visit of Secretary Zhang Xudong of CNNC Tianjin and his party, and expressed his gratitude to the leaders of CNNC for their strong support and concern for the implementation of the project. The next step will be to do a good job in process control and plan management as always, and strive to hand in a perfect answer sheet.
