The young backbone of the China Institute of Atomic Energy came to our institute for technical exchanges.

On September 22, 2023, Yang Yanfang, Secretary of the Youth League Committee of the China Institute of Atomic Energy (referred to as the "Atomic Energy Institute"), led a group of 12 young technical backbones to visit the Tianjin High-end Equipment Research Institute of Tsinghua University (referred to as "Tsinghua Tianjin Equipment Institute") for research And technical exchange activities. Founded in 1950, the Atomic Energy Institute, formerly known as the Institute of Modern Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, is the birthplace of China's nuclear science and technology and a comprehensive base of basic, forward-looking, leading and engineering nuclear scientific research. Yang Yanfang and his entourage visited the exhibition hall of Tsinghua Tianjin Equipment Institute during this visit, and exchanged views on the development of science and technology in line with the market, project incubation and project investment. After that, the delegation visited the laboratory of our inspection and testing center and the exhibition hall of Qingke environmental protection of the industrialization company, focusing on the development of inspection and testing business and the product layout and development status of Qingke environmental protection in both industrial and civil directions.

Later, in the youth technology exchange session, Fu Wei from the Mechanical and Vacuum Technology Research Office of the Institute of Nuclear Technology of the Atomic Energy Institute introduced the business and projects of accelerator equipment and industrial application sectors. Wang Rongguo, deputy director of the Institute of Composite Manufacturing and Intelligent Identification of our institute, and Wang siqi of the Institute of Laser Engineering introduced the project respectively, and the two sides conducted questions and in-depth discussions in combination with the project promotion and technological development. In the future, the two parties will make full use of Tsinghua University's technical advantages in the fields of machinery manufacturing and high-end equipment, as well as the nuclear science and technology advantages of the Atomic Energy Institute, and continue to promote projects based on discussions and steadily carry out technical cooperation.
