The production line uses 14 spraying robots and sets up 8 stations to complete the production of 20-foot and 40-foot containers. It can realize the automatic spraying of primer, middle layer paint and topcoat at the front and rear ends of the containers, as well as the base frame primer and asphalt paint stations. The spraying quality and efficiency have been greatly improved.
