Transformation of Technological Achievements of Mechanical Department Huahai Qingke, an industrialization company of our institute, successfully landed on the science and technology innovation board.
On June 8, Huahai Qingke Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huahai Qingke", stock code: "688120") successfully landed on the Science and Technology Innovation Board. Huahai Qingke issued 26.6667 million shares at a price of 136.66 yuan, raising a total of 3.645 billion yuan. Huahai Qingke opened at 235 yuan/share, up 72%.
Huahai Qingke was established in April 2013. It is an industrialization practice of scientific research achievements in the field of chemical mechanical polishing technology by Academician Luo Jianbin and Professor Lu Xinchun of the Department of Mechanical Engineering of Tsinghua University. At present, the CMP equipment produced by Huahai Qingke can be widely used in 12-inch and 8-inch integrated circuit production lines, and the related technology has reached the international advanced level. The company launched the first 12-inch CMP equipment in China and achieved mass production sales. It is currently the only high-end semiconductor equipment manufacturer in China that provides 12-inch CMP commercial models for integrated circuit manufacturers. The mainstream models produced by the company successfully filled the domestic gap, broke the monopoly of international giants in this field for decades, and promoted the rapid development of the domestic integrated circuit industry. Huahai Qingke will adhere to the demand of the integrated circuit industry as the guidance, take independent research and development and industrial application as the key breakthrough, base itself on the domestic and global, strive to enhance its market share and brand influence in the global integrated circuit equipment field, and further enter the international well-known high-end integrated circuit equipment and technical service suppliers. The mechanical department will also continue to provide exploratory theoretical research for the technical upgrading of CMP equipment in Huahai Qingke.
In the future, the Department of Mechanical Engineering will continue to take the key technology to solve major engineering problems as its mission, combine the frontiers of disciplines and the major needs of the development of the times, and contribute key forces to the development of major national engineering fields.
