"Appreciate the history of the party and relive the red memory". Throughout the series of stamps issued by our country, the glorious course of the party is recorded, the extraordinary years of the party are engraved, and the golden hammer sickle casts the immortal monument of the party.

 

Stamps from the site of the First Congress. On July 23, 1921, the First National Congress of the Communist Party of China was held at 106 Wangzhi Road (now 76 Xingye Road) in the French Concession of Shanghai. Since then, the Chinese revolution has taken on a new look. The commemorative stamps of "the 40th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China" issued in 1961, the commemorative stamps of "celebrating the 50th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China" issued in 1971, the commemorative stamps of "the 70th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China" issued in 1991, the commemorative stamps of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China issued in 2007, and the commemorative stamps of "the 90th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of the Communist Party of the Communist Party of China" issued in 2011. In addition, the site of the First Congress also published three ordinary stamps, namely, the 9th issue of Puu on October 1, 1969, the 1st issue of Puu 14 on September 25, 1971, and the 2nd issue of Puu 16 on April 1, 1974.

 

Party flag, party emblem stamps. The earliest stamp printed with the party flag was the "26th Anniversary of the Communist Party of China" stamp issued by the Northeast Post and Telecommunications Administration on July 1, 1947 before the founding of New China. A full set of 4 stamps with the same picture are red, rose, and purple. Red, orange. The main picture is a picture of Mao Zedong smiling and backing the party flag. On July 1, 1949, the "28th Anniversary of the Communist Party of China" commemorative stamps issued by the North China General Post Office, the Northeast General Administration of Posts and Telecommunications, and the Travel University Post and Telecommunications Administration respectively. The three sets of stamps all showed pictures of the party flag. The "30th Anniversary of the Communist Party of China" stamp issued on July 1, 1951 uses the side relief image of Mao Zedong created by the famous sculptor Zhang Songhe, with a dark substrate to highlight the texture of the relief. The lower left corner is decorated with a party emblem pattern consisting of olive leaves and a hammer crossed with a sickle. The commemorative stamps of "the 60th Anniversary of the Founding of the Communist Party of China" issued on July 1, 1981, with the design of the party emblem; the commemorative stamps of "the 80th Anniversary of the Founding of the Communist Party of China" issued on July 1, 2001, with a solemn flag of the Communist Party of China; a set of 6 commemorative stamps of "the 90th Anniversary of the Founding of the Communist Party of China" issued on June 22, 2011, the stamp patterns are respectively epoch-making, beacon years, governance and entrepreneurship, reform tide, century leap and scientific development. The fluttering party flag is taken as the basic element of the unified stamp picture, and the stamp sheetlet pattern is the party flag.

 

Party congress stamps. The party congress stamps are an important part of the party building series of stamps. They are characterized by serious themes, clear themes, and strong political nature. They are favored by stamp collectors.

The first set of commemorative stamps for the Party Congress was born in July 1945. In the arduous revolutionary war years, only the liberated areas of Shandong took advantage of the short peace after the victory of the Anti-Japanese War to issue the first and only set of commemorative stamps on the theme of the National Congress of the Communist Party of China in the liberated areas. This is the "Seven Generations of the Communist Party of China" stamps.

The first set of theme stamps of the Party Congress issued after the founding of the people's Republic of China was the commemorative stamps of the Eighth National Congress of the Communist Party of China issued on November 10, 1956. The main picture of the stamp is Tiananmen Square, with gears as the center at the lower end, symmetrically surrounded by wheat ears, rice bunches, cotton peaches, bean pods and sunflowers, symbolizing the prosperity of the motherland and the unbreakable alliance of workers and peasants under the leadership of the Communist Party of China.

 

due to historical reasons, the ninth and tenth national congress of the cpc did not issue stamps. From August 12 to 18, 1977, the 11th National Congress of the Communist Party of China was held. On August 22 of the same year, the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications issued a set of 3 commemorative stamps of the 11th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. The motifs are "Celebrating the convening of a meeting," holding high the banner of Chairman Mao "and" Long live the Communist Party of China ". Since then, the issuance of commemorative stamps for the Party Congress has become a common practice. The 12th National Congress of the Communist Party of China to the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China issued commemorative stamps for each session.

On November 8, 2002, to commemorate the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, China Post issued a special stamp sheetlet "Yellow River Hukou Waterfall. The design shows the magnificent Hukou Waterfall, with eight gold foil characters "Keep pace with the times and forge ahead" inlaid on the right side paper.

 

On October 15, 2007, China Post issued a set of 2 commemorative stamps and 1 sheetlet for the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. The stamp designs are the site of the First National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the site of the Second Plenary Session of the Seventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China under the red sunrise. The sheet pattern uses design elements such as auspicious doves of peace, spaceships and artificial satellites that symbolize the rapid development of science and technology, as well as flowers and Chinese watches in full bloom in the air, expressing the theme of "science, development and harmony.

On November 8, 2012, China Post issued a set of two commemorative stamps and a stamp sheetlet. The stamp design is for scientific development and the future. The background of the stamp is a bright party flag. The colorful peony flowers surround the left and right. The dazzling light integrates the two stamps.

 

On October 18, 2017, China Post issued a set of 2 commemorative stamps and 1 sheetlet for the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. The content of the stamp pattern is respectively: Do not forget your initiative mind, keep moving forward, and the content of the stamp sheetlet is dream building. The first picture of this set of stamps looks back on the history of the party and revisits the theme of the party's purpose; the second picture shows the brilliant achievements of my country in politics, economy, science and technology, and ecological civilization construction since the 18th National Congress of the Party. The design of the sheetlet is unique. The stamp teeth are in the shape of a round ticket, with the party emblem and Tiananmen Square as the main elements, and surrounded by 19 interconnected red hearts, implying that the people of the whole country are connected to each other and closely surround the Party Central Committee. Under the correct leadership of the Party Central Committee, we will jointly build the theme of the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
