Tsinghua Tianjin Alumni Association Three Generations of Old, Middle and Young Alumni Gather in High-end Institute

On the morning of September 24, 2016, the three generations of alumni of the Tsinghua University Tianjin Alumni Association gathered at the Tianjin High-end Equipment Research Institute of Tsinghua University for an exchange visit. The alumni visit was organized by the Tsinghua University Alumni Association of Tianjin. Nearly 70 alumni from the Senior Working Committee, MBA Division, Entrepreneur Division, Institute of Physics and Chemistry, IOC Division and Youth Division participated in the exchange. This is the second Tsinghua alumni exchange activity held by our college, which has further strengthened the exchange and cooperation between the high-end college and the Tianjin Alumni Association of Tsinghua University.

In the subsequent exchanges, the alumni spoke enthusiastically and asked questions about how our college conducts project cooperation, how to build research institutes, ways to transform results, and the industrialization process of each research institute. The development of the integrated innovative model of high-end production, learning, research, military, and use will supplement the industrial support of Tianjin and Dongli District. Later, Liang Su made a concluding speech. He said that he was very happy to see the achievements made by the high-end institute in the past two years. The Tianjin High-end Equipment Research Institute of Tsinghua University was established on October 28, 2014. It currently has 290 employees and as many as 80 people have been introduced from Tsinghua University. It has become one of the largest Tsinghua staff organizations in Tianjin. The high-end institute will take this platform to create more cooperation opportunities for Tsinghua alumni, coordinated development and win-win cooperation.
