Lu Xinchun said that his team has been engaged in basic research on chemical mechanical polishing in Tsinghua University since 2000. In 2008, he undertook major national science and technology projects and began the research and development of chemical mechanical polishing equipment. In 2012, Tianjin extended an olive branch to them at the critical moment when the engineering prototype was successfully developed to seek industrialization of results. In April 2013, Huahai Qingke officially landed in Jinnan District.

Lu Xinchun said that Huahai Qingke is currently the only company in China that can provide 12-inch commercial polishing equipment. The company was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange's Science and Technology Innovation Board on June 8 this year and raised 3.64 billion yuan, laying a solid foundation for future development.
From a loss-making state to an output value of over 2 billion yuan by the end of 2021, Lu Xinchun and enterprises have deeply realized the important role played by the integration of "government", "industry", "universities", "scientific research institutions", "users" and "finance" in the development of the high-end intelligent equipment industry chain.
