Since the launch of the theme study, publicity and education practice activities of "welcoming the grand meeting, casting loyalty, strong responsibility and creating achievements" in Tianjin, Dongli District of Tianjin has adhered to the principle of high-standing planning and deployment, high-starting-point overall promotion and high-standard implementation. It has issued a "10" work plan, focusing on the main line of gathering strength to welcome the grand meeting, and paying close attention to the core of loyalty and the key of strong responsibility, we should do a good job in the "three combinations" of serving the overall situation, serving the masses, and serving development, strive to build "four highlands", and greet the victory of the 20th CPC National Congress with first-class achievements.
