Qi Hui of our hospital won the title of "the most beautiful scientific and technological worker" in Dongli District in 2021

Qi Hui, director of Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Department of Tianjin High-end equipment Research Institute of Tsinghua University (hereinafter referred to as "Tsinghua Tianjin High-end Institute") Robot and Automation equipment Engineering Research Institute (hereinafter referred to as "Robot Institute"), won the honorary title of "most Beautiful Scientific and technological worker" in Dongli District in 2021.
 

Qi Hui entered Tsinghua Tianjin High-end Institute of Robotics in 2017. Qi Hui, as the project leader, the projects that have completed the design scheme and project implementation include the development of 10KV high-voltage live working robot project of the State Grid, the development of Baoding Tianyin Mechanical Punch Auto Cage Automation Project, Baoding Tianyin Mechanical CNC Lathe Cage Automation Project, Baoji Steel Pipe Welded Steel Pipe Weld Grinding Project, AVIC Beijing Institute of Aeronautical Manufacturing Engineering Spraying Robot and Linkage Rotary Table Project, Beijing Fangshan Subway Tube Reinforcement Cage Automation Production Line Project, Harangue Chamfer Groove Chamfer Groove Project, changfei A903 segment automatic docking assembly project development and Zhangjiagang Central large-scale ring forging intelligent manufacturing production line project.
 

2008.04-2012.07

Qi Hui works in the R & D center of Tianjin Sairui Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. of Tianjin Steel Pipe Group as an assistant minister. The projects Qi Hui participated in include the development of locomotive dumper project. Tianjin steel pipe group co., ltd. 800 pipe end sizing machine project development; Internal Solidworks/ANSYS finite element force analysis/3D design implementation; Localization of HW150 in Cold Zone of Seamless Steel Pipe Billet Area for SMS Simark Iran Project; Shaanxi Baoji Petroleum Steel Pipe Company and Hebei Cangzhou Dalip Petroleum Pipe Co., Ltd. Straightening Machine/Water Quenching Equipment Project Development; 125; development of transmission system for Tianjin Tianxin 340 tube blank area, development of mandrel roundness detection equipment for mandrel project; Development of automatic cleaning machine project in Guangxi Shangshang Sugar Factory; Development of automatic cleaning vehicle project for zebra crossing of Jiangxi expressway and development of automatic cleaning machine for large range/large stroke tubular heat exchanger project in Xinjiang.

2012.08-2015.07

Qi Hui works in the R & D Department of Yike (Tianjin) Electronics Co., Ltd. as the project leader. Qi Hui participated in the implementation of the project, including heavy-duty absolute encoder project development; series of economic incremental encoder project development. Qi Hui, as the project leader, completed the design scheme and implemented projects including the development of 80 series economical incremental encoder projects. Development of special incremental encoder for 20 series machine tools; Development of special cable box project for construction machinery; Development of 38 series hollow shaft explosion-proof incremental encoder project and development of 40 series small hollow shaft incremental encoder project.

2015.08-2017.04

Qi Hui works in the technical department of Tianjin Remote Huarui Industrial Technology Co., Ltd. as a department manager. Participating projects include the development of automatic cleaning project for the bottom robot of EMU/subway rail transit vehicles. Cooperate with German KLEIN Company to complete the development of fixed sand loading equipment projects such as Nanjing East Locomotive Depot, East Lake Tramway, Guangzhou Railway Group (Changsha, Zhuzhou, Huaihua Locomotive Depot) and Hohhot West Locomotive Depot, such as finned radiator cleaning and top and insulator cleaning of EMU equipment cabin. Qi Hui, as the person in charge of the project, completed the design scheme and implemented projects including the development of the intelligent storage project of the wheel set of the EMU temporary repair warehouse. EMU advanced repair comprehensive three-dimensional overhaul device, robot intelligent car body paint removal design scheme, single-group EMU cleaning project development; Sichuan Chongqing Luohuang Power Plant Heat Exchanger Automatic Cleaning Equipment Project Development; Shipyard Automatic Cleaning Equipment-Automatic Wall Climbing Robot Project Development; the development of automatic cleaning project for heat exchangers of Tiangang, Loy thermal and other products and the development of automatic cleaning project for large seamless phosphating treatment.
