[Industrialization Company Dynamics] Qingke Environmental Protection Approved to Set up National Postdoctoral Research Station Sub-station
Tianjin Qingke Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Qingke Environmental Protection"), an industrialization company of our institute, was officially approved to set up a national post-doctoral research workstation sub-station, and was awarded a license, filed in the national post-doctoral management system, and officially qualified to recruit post-doctoral researchers.
Postdoctoral research workstation refers to an organization that can recruit and train postdoctoral researchers in enterprises, scientific research and production institutions and special regional institutions. It has built a bridge between China's high-tech talents and enterprises. It is a new route of combining production, learning and research.
In order to give full play to the supporting role of postdoctoral work in regional high-quality development and further promote the four-party linkage of "government, enterprise, study and research" in regional industrial transformation and upgrading, Tianjin Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security has carried out the application work of Tianjin postdoctoral research workstation sub-station and innovation practice base in 2020. After step-by-step application, examination and evaluation by expert jury, a total of 26 Tianjin postdoctoral research workstation sub-station units to be set up in 2020 have been selected, 11 post-doctoral innovation practice base to set up units.
The establishment of post-doctoral workstations will promote Qingke Environmental Protection to attract outstanding R & D talents with higher academic qualifications, strengthen its R & D innovation in the field of new environmental protection materials, and lay a good foundation for Qingke Environmental Protection to build its own R & D platform.
