In order to better and faster implement the "school-enterprise cooperation, school-government cooperation" and promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, on the afternoon of September 24, the Technology Innovation Service Research Office of Tsinghua University Tianjin High-end Equipment Research Institute (referred to as "High-end Institute") invited Tianjin Shanxi Chamber of Commerce to visit and exchange with our institute. Representatives of entrepreneurs spoke actively, talked freely about cooperation ideas and development ideas in the light of the actual situation of various enterprises, and the two sides conducted in-depth exchanges on technology research and development and industrial application in related fields.

Qu Zhipeng and the heads of relevant departments highly recognized the series of scientific research achievements of the high-end institute and its industrialization process, and expressed the expectation that the two sides will strengthen communication and active docking, so as to jointly promote the development and industrial upgrading of enterprises in the two places. On September 3, 1997, the Tianjin Shanxi Chamber of Commerce was formally approved by the Tianjin Social Association Office and obtained the Tianjin Social Association Legal Person Registration Certificate.
