The Lubrication Institute of our institute participated in the China Lubrication Technology Forum (2020) and achieved fruitful results.

From September 23 to 24, 2020, the China Lubrication Technology Forum (2020), co-sponsored by the editorial department of Lubricants and Lubrication and Sealing, and co-organized by the Key Laboratory of China Petroleum Lubricants, was successfully held in Fuzhou. The Institute of Lubrication Technology of Tianjin High-end Equipment Research Institute of Tsinghua University (hereinafter referred to as "High-end Institute") was invited to attend the forum. Professor Zhang Chenhui, director of the institute, made a keynote report, and Dai Yuanjing, executive deputy director, made excellent papers to share.
The China Lubrication Technology Forum was initiated by the editorial department of Lubricants under the China National Petroleum Lubricant Company. From 1986 to 2020, after more than 30 years, it has witnessed the development of China's lubricant industry and is a vane for the development of China's lubrication technology. It is one of the most authoritative events in the lubrication industry and has attracted great attention from the industry and the public.

With the theme of "Enabling the Great Transformation of New Infrastructure Lubrication", this forum focused on the cutting-edge developments and scientific research achievements in the field of lubricants, the upgrading of the industry, and the blueprint of the lubricant industry. It attracted domestic and foreign experts and scholars, R & D and production technicians, marketing experts and other industry professionals from lubricants, additives and related industries. Nearly 200 people attended offline, as well as nearly 10,000 people participated online. Extensive and in-depth exchanges and discussions were conducted on new issues and new trends in the development of the lubricating oil industry under special circumstances, market demand, research and development and application of high-end lubricants (greases), and many industry heavyweights conducted reports on related topics Share.

Professor Zhang Chenhui gave a keynote speech

Professor Zhang Chenhui made a thematic report on the role of hydration effect in water lubrication. The report shares the possibility and research results of using hydration to achieve water lubrication, and proposes that after adding strong hydration ions to water, they can be adsorbed on the surface of negatively charged friction pairs through electrostatic interaction to form a hydration layer. The report looks forward to the realization of the application of water-based ultra-slip, and provides a new idea for the development of the lubricating oil industry.

Dai Yuanjing Senior Worker Share Excellent Papers

Dai Yuanjing Gao Gong shared the trend of low viscosity of pure electric vehicle oil and research and development cases. She introduced the development background of new energy vehicles and the trend of low viscosity of electric vehicle oil to the participants, and elaborated on the development of low viscosity lubricating oil formula for pure electric vehicle transmission system and the research and development case of performance comparison of three pure electric vehicle transmission system lubricating oil.

The paper "Performance Comparison of Lubricating Oils for Three Pure Electric Vehicle Transmission Systems" by Zhang Jiping, R & D Engineer of Lubrication Institute of High-end Institute, and the paper "Research on Development and Process Adaptability of Cold Rolling Fluid for Common Carbon Steel" by R & D Engineer Lu Fei stood out among more than 70 papers and won the Outstanding Paper Award in China Lubrication Technology Forum (2020). Among them, Zhang Jiping's excellent paper was shared in the conference as one of the two sharing papers.
Through the two-day forum exchange, experts and scholars from all over the world actively discussed and exchanged in depth on the scientific and technological development in the field of lubrication technology in Fuzhou, so as to help the development and upgrading of the industry. For a long time, the high-end institute lubrication is located in the lubrication industry to seek breakthroughs in the technical field; in the future, it will continue to develop green lubrication technology and application products with international advanced level and independent intellectual property rights, and contribute to the localization of key consumables in the high-end manufacturing field.
The sustainable development of the lubricating oil industry is inseparable from the win-win cooperation between the industries. 2020 is the closing year of the 13th five-year Plan and the closing year of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way, which puts forward higher requirements for all industries. China's lubricating oil industry must go hand in hand, strengthen technical exchanges and cooperation, truly understand market demand and application prospects, continuously improve service quality, and promote industry upgrades.
