On the morning of September 3, Jiang Yuejian, vice mayor of Nanjing, led a delegation of Nanjing to visit Tianjin High-end equipment Research Institute of Tsinghua University (hereinafter referred to as "High-end Institute"). During the exchange, Jiang Yuejian inquired about the role and advantages of Tsinghua University and the high-end institute in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and said that it is still fresh in his memory that Vice President Zhang Xiaoqing once accompanied Academician Luo Jianbin to Nanjing for exchange and negotiation.
