The Seven "First" of the Second National Congress of the Communist Party of China"
On July 16, 1922, the Second National Congress of the Communist Party of China opened in Shanghai. 625 Fudeli, South Chengdu Road, where the meeting was held, was Li Da's apartment at that time. At a large meeting, Li Da was elected director of publicity of the Central Bureau. One year later, members of the Central Bureau, representatives of local party organizations, and some members who returned to China after participating in the first congress of the Communist Parties and national revolutionary groups in the Far East, a total of 12 Communist Party members gathered together and held the Second National Congress.
At the eight-day meeting, nine resolutions were passed, including the Declaration of the second National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the constitution of the Communist Party of China and the resolution on the constitution of the Communist Party.
This means that the Second National Congress and the First National Congress have jointly completed the task of founding the party, marking that the founding of the Communist Party of China has entered a new stage. The Second National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the party's democratic revolution program for the first time, put forward the party's united front thought for the first time, formulated the first "Party Constitution", and publicly issued the "Chinese Communist Manifesto" for the first time. The movement, the women's movement and the youth movement put forward requirements, decided to join the Communist International for the first time, and put forward the slogan "Long live the Communist Party of China" for the first time.
At this point, the situation of the Chinese revolution is moving towards a clearer path. From January 1922 to February 1923, more than 100 strikes broke out across the country, and more than 300000 workers participated in the strike. The political consciousness of the workers increased rapidly, and the degree of organization also increased significantly. At the same time, the party led The peasant, youth, and women's movements also showed a new look.
