Jiao Yulu allocated a chopstick rice to each child's bowl, carrying the bowl with more than half of the rice left, and said to his wife, "We are not the ones who need to be taken care of most. Jiao Yulu not only does not engage in special activities, but also often teaches his family to take the lead through trivial matters in life. When he first came to work in Lankao, Jiao Yulu's wife and children lived with him in the county compound. Once, when he saw his wife bring a pot of boiling water to the canteen of the county party committee, he severely criticized his wife. Jiao Yulu said: "This boiled water is convenient for you to use, but you are the wife of the county party committee secretary and cannot take the lead in disrupting the order of the office. "A pot of boiling water is a small matter, but it made him realize that living in the county party committee compound may bring many adverse effects. "Ten No" from "Watching White Drama"

 

One day shortly after Jiao Yulu went to work in Lankao, his son Jiao Guoqing, who was in the fourth grade of elementary school, heard the sound of gongs and drums in the theater separated from the county party committee. He rushed over curiously and wanted to go in to the theater. However, Jiao Guoqing had no money to buy a ticket, so he had to poke his head at the door and squeeze around. Jiao Yulu took Jiao Guoqing to the theater the next day to admit his mistake and made up 20 cents for the tickets. This time, Jiao Yulu discovered a new problem. It turned out that the theater had always left the seats in the first three rows empty and did not sell tickets. It was said that it was reserved for the county leaders, and the middle position in the third row was reserved for him.

This matter surprised Jiao Yulu. He did not expect such a thing, so he presided over an enlarged meeting of the county party committee. Jiao Yulu's eldest daughter, Jiao Shoufeng, failed to enter the Senior high school after graduating from junior high school and became an unemployed youth.
