I am happy to learn that you have conscientiously studied and implemented the party's idea of strengthening the army in the new era, carried forward the spirit of Wang Jie, worked hard and achieved new excellent results.
There is much to be done at the grass-roots level in advancing the cause of strengthening the military. I hope that you will study hard, strengthen your convictions, practice your skills, make new achievements, strive to be good soldiers in the new era, and write a fiery youth chapter in the melting pot of the people's army.
The Spring Festival is coming. I would like to extend my greetings and best wishes to you and your families.

Chairman Xi has always been at the grass-roots level and in love with officers and soldiers. On December 13, 2017, President Xi inspected the 71st Group Army and made a special trip to the company where the great communist soldier Comrade Wang Jie was alive. He went deep into the "Wang Jie class" discussion and exchange, and encouraged the whole class to carry forward the glorious tradition and constantly make new achievements. The commander cares about the soldiers, the soldiers miss the commander, and the commander and the soldiers are heart to heart. Recently, all the soldiers of "Wang Jieban" wrote to President Xi with deep feelings, reporting on their work, study, personal growth and progress over the past year, and expressing their determination and attitude to bear in mind President Xi's instructions, forge ahead and achieve better results.
