Qing Yanzhi Shu was invited to participate in the Ministry of Commerce 3D printing industry competitiveness symposium
On March 31, the Industrial Safety and Import and Export Control Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce held a 3D printing industry competitiveness symposium in Beijing. Tianjin Qingyan Zhishu Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Qingyan Zhishu") was invited to participate. At the meeting, the technical representatives of Qingyan Zhishu and their counterparts from more than a dozen enterprises and institutions exchanged views on the development status of my country's 3D printing industry, existing problems, gaps with foreign counterparts, and the possible impact of new trends in international export controls on the 3D printing industry and related issues. Appeal and other issues exchanged opinions and made reports and speeches.
The relevant person in charge of Qingyan Zhibeam first expounded the advantages of electron beam 3D printing technology, and then made a detailed report on the performance characteristics of the independent electron beam metal printing equipment and the functional comparison with similar products of foreign commercial company Arcam, emphasizing the advantages and importance of independent intellectual property rights, and stating that the main gap with similar products abroad lies in key components and core technologies, including the key components of the electron gun, large size forming technology, defect monitoring technology, and data processing technology.
The electron beam 3D printing equipment with independent intellectual property rights developed by Qingyan Zhishu has more than 10 national invention patents that have been obtained and applied for. At the same time, it is developing and following up new technologies to shorten the gap with foreign brand Arcam equipment. It even goes out of its own characteristics in the directions of parameter openness of new material development, ease of modular equipment operation, multi-material gradient forming, etc., and realizes the functions that Arcam equipment does not have, it was affirmed by the relevant leaders and peers attending the meeting.
Focusing on promoting 3D printing and making it a major trend and core content of the future development of the manufacturing industry is an important measure to promote the manufacturing industry to move towards the middle and high end and build a manufacturing power. It is also an inevitable choice to create a new international competitive advantage under the new normal. Qingyan Zhibu will continue to promote the progress of 3D printing technology and make its own contribution to the vigorous development of China's manufacturing industry in the future.
