A delegation from Zhongyuan Oil Production Engineering Technology Research Institute visited our institute.
On April 13, 2018, Li wencai, director of the downhole tool room of Zhongyuan oilfield oil production engineering technology research institute (hereinafter referred to as "oil production institute"), and his party visited Tianjin high-end equipment research institute of Tsinghua university (hereinafter referred to as "high-end institute") and exchanged work with the team of advanced energy equipment technology research institute of high-end institute (hereinafter referred to as "advanced energy institute") on the process calculation project of recoverable bridge plug. during the visit, the two sides conducted in-depth discussions and exchanges and achieved satisfactory results. The engineers of both sides carried out the pressure test on the bridge plug, and discussed the problems in the field and the calculation process in depth. Through the dynamic simulation of the deployment process of the recyclable bridge plug, the dynamic simulation of the expansion process is realized by using the high-performance computing server. According to the results of the discussion, the Advanced Energy Institute has also completed the preliminary calculation of the bridge plug deployment simulation.
Bridge plug is a kind of equipment used in oil and gas well sealing layer. When it is lowered to the downhole position, it is pressurized, and the steel sheet is expanded and sealed. The design and manufacturing technology of bridge plug is in a blank in our country, and it can only rely on imported foreign products for a long time. This cooperation is based on the further communication between the two sides after many exchanges, deepening the understanding of recyclable bridge plug.
The Oil Production Institute and the Advanced Energy Institute of our institute have reached an agreement on the problems and solutions of the bridge plug expansion process, and look forward to breaking through the technical bottleneck in the future and contributing to the construction of the national oil field.
