On the afternoon of May 13, Yang Fugang, deputy director of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress, and the person in charge of the relevant committee office of the Municipal People's Congress visited the Tianjin High-end Equipment Research Institute of Tsinghua University (referred to as the "High-end Institute").
