The mid-term seminar of the national key research and development plan "research and application demonstration of the whole chain collaborative innovation incubation service platform based on the internet" was held in our hospital.

On March 16, 2019, the mid-term discussion meeting of the national key R & D plan "Research and Application Demonstration of the Whole Chain Collaborative Innovation Incubation Service Platform Based on the'Internet'" project was held at the Tianjin High-end Equipment Research Institute of Tsinghua University (referred to as the "High-end Institute"). Tsinghua University Basic Industrial Training Center, High-end Institute, Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management, xi'an Zhongke Chuangxing Technology Incubator Co., Ltd., Enlightenment Star (Beijing) Technology Business Incubator Co., Ltd., Beijing Hongtai Tongchuang Information Technology Co., Ltd., Qingyan Houde (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd., Wuhan Guangxun Technology Co., Ltd., Tsinghua University Global Industry 4.5 Research Institute, a total of 9 participating units, more than 20 project leaders and project core backbones attended the meeting.

The project leader, Professor Li Shuangshou from the Basic Industry Training Center of Tsinghua University, reviewed and summarized the completion of the project, and introduced in detail the project background and research content, implementation plan and key nodes, phased progress, and expert opinions from the Ministry of Science and Technology. The participants listened carefully to the report and discussed the opinions of experts from the Ministry of Science and Technology. Subsequently, the participating units reported on the results of the project, the existing problems and the next work plan. The School of Economics and Management of Tsinghua University mainly introduced the breakthrough progress made in the field of theoretical academic research. The high-end institute shared the construction of the evaluation system for entrepreneurial projects. Zhongke Chuangxing explained the construction of the "Hard Science and Technology Investment Incubation Service Standardization Pilot" and summarized the summer research participated by Tsinghua University and high-end institutes. The basic industry training center of Tsinghua University and Tsinghua Global Industrial 4.5 Research Institute shared the progress of curriculum construction and platform construction in the field of entrepreneurship. Enlightening Star introduces the achievements made in the field of regional incubation. Hongtai Zhizao, Qingyan Houde and Wuhan Guangxun respectively summarized the construction achievements of virtual incubation platform and incubation platform in professional and technical fields.

"Research and Application Demonstration of Whole Chain Collaborative Innovation Incubation Service Platform Based on' Internet'" is the project of "Application Demonstration of Incubation Service Platform for Service Innovation and Technological Innovation (Application Demonstration Category)" under the 2017 key special project of "Research and Development and Application Demonstration of Common Key Technologies in Modern Service Industry" of the 4.7 Ministry of Science and Technology. Relying on the advantages of Tsinghua University and various project units in technological innovation and incubation services, it aims to build the theoretical system framework of creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship service value chain and ecosystem, break through many key technologies of entrepreneurship incubation, establish a full-chain collaborative innovation incubation service platform based on the "Internet", aggregate different subjects and resources in incubation services in professional and technical fields, and create an efficient, collaborative and open and innovative incubation ecology, form application demonstration. The project has also established a two-way cooperation mechanism such as demand communication and achievement application practice with key special 1.2 and 2.3 projects of modern service industry, so as to jointly contribute to the construction of China's science and technology resource system.
