First of all, the research team visited the exhibition hall of the high-end institute's achievements, and got a detailed understanding of the institute's system and mechanism, platform convergence, research fields, transformation paths and other aspects one by one. Combined with the industrial needs of Hebei Institute of Industry and Research in Zhangjiakou City, the research team focused on the technical progress and market application of the high-end institute's achievements in 3D printing technology, robot manufacturing technology, Salix industrial equipment, wind power intelligent operation and maintenance, the possibility of technology transfer and cooperation is discussed.

Discussion site

During the discussion, Wang Wenmei first introduced the development status of Zhangjiakou in detail. She said that as a traditional heavy industry industrial base, Xuanhua District of Zhangjiakou is facing greater pressure of economic model transformation, especially in industrial system innovation and digital factory construction. The upgrading demand is urgent, and the high-end institute has strong scientific research strength and open resource platform, it can provide favorable support for local enterprises to break through technical bottlenecks and adjust institutional transformation. Subsequently, Hu Yuming started from the current situation of the intelligent manufacturing industry, and successively elaborated the advantageous technologies and successful cases of the industrial 4.0 team of the high-end institute in the research directions of industrial planning consulting, intelligent manufacturing, industrial software, etc., including the establishment of industrial digital production lines, the analysis of big data in industrial clusters, and the creation of innovative consulting systems.

Interaction between the two sides

The discussion and communication were in-depth and comprehensive, and the expected exchange effect was achieved. Finally, Zhang Jingxin hopes that the two sides can establish a development mechanism of long-term communication, resource sharing and mutual education of talents, and jointly promote the good development of industrial intelligent manufacturing. Woodman also said that the two sides will actively explore the technology and industrial cooperation mode suitable for the development of local enterprises, so as to lay a preliminary cooperation foundation for jointly undertaking major national projects and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.
