Our hospital organized safety training and fire drills in the first half of 2023

On the morning of July 14, the Safety Management Office of Tianjin High-end equipment Research Institute of Tsinghua University (hereinafter referred to as "Tsinghua Tianjin equipment Institute") organized the 2023 annual safety training and fire drill activities, and summarized the safety production month in the first half of the year. Wang Shidan, assistant to the dean, safety management personnel of various departments, research institutes, laboratories and heads of relevant departments participated in the training. Safety production is the focus of enterprise management, is the fundamental guarantee of enterprise development, is also a cumulative, continuous process. Wang Shidan, assistant to the dean, stressed in his speech that the relevant responsible persons should regularly check the fire fighting equipment and strictly follow the safety management standards. Only when each employee insists on starting from bit by bit and starting from details can we build a harmonious and safe production and office environment.

In the training session, Mr. Guo Yufeng, senior safety commissioner of Tsinghua University's laboratory management office, conducted laboratory safety training on the theme of "everyone talks about safety and everyone will meet emergency". He shared and taught safety knowledge from the four stages of safety growth, real case sharing, practical significance of safety risk analysis, hazard source identification, emergency preparedness, hidden danger rectification and other aspects. Everyone learned lessons from the accident, improve safety awareness and safety skills, more effective response to various dangers and emergencies, so as to avoid and reduce the occurrence of accidents.

Later, Wang Qiang, political instructor of Huaming Avenue Fire Rescue Station, and Ban Junhui, squad leader, etc. conducted fire training for everyone, explaining and demonstrating the use of common fire extinguishers, precautions for evacuation and escape, and the use of wall-type fire hydrants, which further improved everyone's fire safety and emergency response capabilities. The staff conducted escape drills and fire fighting training on the spot. Firefighters demonstrated the use and operation essentials of dry powder fire extinguishers for everyone. Some trainees conducted drills in the operation.

This fire safety training is a comprehensive summary of our hospital's work on production safety in the first half of 2023. The research institute has strengthened safety measures and built a "firewall" for fire safety. Posts at all levels have consolidated and established the safety awareness that "prevention is better than disaster relief and safety is more important than Mount Tai". Employees have further strengthened the implementation of safety management and production standards, effectively ensuring the good situation of rapid, healthy and sustainable development of our hospital.
