In October 2022, Tsinghua University Tianjin High-end Equipment Research Institute and Zhejiang Zhelian Petrochemical Technology Co., Ltd. jointly established a chlorine-free stainless steel pipe processing oil research laboratory. The research office mainly relies on the Institute of Lubrication Technology of Tianjin High-end Equipment Research Institute of Tsinghua University. Ms. Dai Yuanjing, executive deputy director of the Institute of Lubrication Technology, is the director of the joint research office, and Mr. Zhang Yueyi of Zhejiang Zhelian Petrochemical Technology Co., Ltd. is the deputy director of the joint research office. The research room is composed of R & D personnel with solid scientific research foundation of Lubrication Technology Research Institute and R & D personnel with rich product R & D experience of Zhejiang Zhelian Petrochemical Technology Co., Ltd. to form a core technical team to realize the complementary advantages of theoretical basis and practical experience. Facing the market demand, aiming at the technical difficulties and pain points of enterprises, we take technology research and development as the means, and take the use of technology to seize the market and enhance the competitiveness of the industry as the goal, and develop new products with long-term industry competitiveness and broad prospects. Core Technology
Early stainless steel tube rolling was lubricated with animal and vegetable oils, mineral oils, and mixtures of the two. With the improvement of stainless steel pipe processing technology, such as the improvement of rolling line speed and rolling pressure, and the increasingly stringent processing accuracy and surface quality of stainless steel pipes in the market, rolling oil is required to have better cooling performance, extreme pressure and anti-wear performance, anti-rust performance, oxidation stability performance and annealing cleaning performance, thus developed to mineral oil, synthetic oil as base oil supplemented with high extreme pressure, lubricating properties of sulfur chlorine additives and other functional additives formulation system. This has led to two major problems. One is the quality problem of seamless steel pipes. The presence of chlorine on the steel pipes leads to serious corrosion during use; the other is environmental protection. Chlorinated paraffins are difficult to degrade in the environment, and even produce human first-level carcinogens.-Dioxins, damage the environment.
With the improvement of petroleum refining and chemical synthesis level and the strict environmental protection policy, the quality and performance of rolling oil base oil have been further improved. The development of various additives such as sulfur and chlorine-free system additives has continuously made breakthroughs, which can be processed from stainless steel pipes. Solve the problem on the formulation of oil and improve the quality of seamless stainless steel pipes on the basis of being environmentally friendly.
