Our hospital held 2022 annual safety work summary meeting and organized employees to conduct fire safety training exercises

"Safe production is the foundation of enterprise development". In order to systematically review the safety management work in 2022, solidly promote the safety management system, firmly establish the concept of safety development for all employees, and improve the emergency handling skills of accidents, on the morning of December 30, the Safety Management Office of Tsinghua University Tianjin High-end Equipment Research Institute (hereinafter referred to as "Tsinghua Tianjin Equipment Research Institute") organized the 2022 Safety Work Summary Conference, staff were also organized to conduct fire safety training and fire escape drills. He pointed out that safety work is the top priority, and employees should recognize the situation, raise awareness, and change from "want me" safety to "I want" safety. The research institute should establish a complete safety responsibility supervision system, a safety process management system, and a safety inspection mechanism, determine the person responsible for the safety of laboratories and hazardous equipment, and ensure the induction training of laboratory personnel and the training and use of key equipment.

Yu Yan of the Safety Management Office summarized the safety work of the laboratory, and expounded the common problems encountered in laboratory management from the four directions of hazardous chemicals management, fire safety management, electrical safety management, special equipment management and mechanical protection, and carried out Relevant training.

Next, the national registered safety engineer Wang Qingquan on laboratory safety knowledge training. He deeply analyzed the causes of production safety accidents, explained fire safety, fire emergency response methods and safety accident prevention, and once again sounded the safety alarm for everyone with many shocking real laboratory accident cases.

At the end of this activity, the safety management office set up fire safety knowledge drills and escape drills, inviting feng jiaxiang, head of huaming avenue fire rescue station, and squad leader ban junhui to conduct cardiopulmonary resuscitation training and fire extinguisher use drills for everyone. The staff conducted fire fighting training and escape drills on the spot. The firefighters demonstrated the use and operation essentials of dry powder fire extinguishers for everyone.
