This project is mainly aimed at the robot intelligent transformation of the existing container underframe black paint spraying station, which is currently completed manually by the underframe black paint spraying.

In the container coating process, the environment of the black paint spraying station on the bottom frame is the worst. Workers work in asphalt paint spray for a long time, which is very harmful to the body. Therefore, it is difficult for enterprises to recruit workers and the employment cost is high.

After the transformation, an explosion-proof six-axis joint spraying robot will be used instead of manual spraying to realize the intelligent spraying function of black paint on the chassis and meet the beat requirements of producing 60 40-foot (65 20-foot) containers per hour.
