The calculation of the party age of comrades who have lost their party membership for a period of time due to various reasons should be handled according to different circumstances: for those who have been decided by the party organization to restore their party membership for this period of time, their party age should be counted from the date when they were originally approved as full party members. For those who have been approved to re-join the Party and have a preparatory period, their party age shall be counted from the date on which they become full members at the end of the preparatory period. If there is no preparatory period for rejoining the party according to the relevant documents, the party age shall be counted from the date when the party committee at a higher level decides to rejoin the party, and the previous period of party age cannot be counted continuously.
