The second phase of the 2022 Innovative Thinking Training Camp of Tsinghua Tianjin Equipment Institute was successfully held

From August 13 to 14, Tianjin High-end equipment Research Institute of Tsinghua University (hereinafter referred to as "Tsinghua Tianjin equipment Institute") successfully held the second phase of innovative thinking training camp for the 2022 "High-end equipment practice" course. This activity is connected with the first activity at the end of July. Zhao Chao, a professor in the Department of Industrial Design of Tsinghua University Academy of Fine Arts invited by our college, and his team are responsible for closed training and project reporting and sharing of 23 graduate students.
On the morning of the 13th, Zhao Chao and team teacher Li Ying grouped the students according to the topic classification. The six teams were led by seven teachers and entered the exclusive conference room for closed workshop training. After receiving systematic online basic theory training in the first phase of the activity, the students are looking forward to the upcoming group simulation training.

In the next two days, the leading teachers of each group conducted Workshop training for the team members. According to the main framework of "introducing the project background-finding the project goal-finding the pain point through competition analysis-brainstorming innovation point-identifying the target user and studying the user's needs-extracting the characteristics of the target user-sorting out the main functions and carrying out the functional hierarchy structure according to the requirement hierarchy-making the journey diagram according to the functional architecture, sorting out the point-to-point pain point and opportunity point of the use process-drawing the prototype diagram", combined with the actual situation of the students, targeted special subject training, inspired students 'innovative thinking, and achieved good simulation training effect.

Student Group Training Highlights

This period of innovative thinking training camp mainly carries out simulation training based on Workshop closed training, which is different from the online teaching form of theory combined with practical experience in the first phase of activities. The second series of activities combined with the thinking characteristics of engineering students, organically integrated aesthetic thinking, design thinking, innovative thinking, marketing thinking and even entrepreneurial spirit, which greatly enriched the breadth and depth of students' thinking. This course is a bold practice of Tsinghua Tianjin Equipment Institute combining its own practical experience and doing a good job of interdisciplinary integration with Tsinghua Academy of Fine Arts. It is also a bold practice of Tsinghua Tianjin Equipment Institute in exploring teaching reform and building a new system of professional postgraduate training courses. This course has effectively stimulated the innovative vitality of students and made a positive contribution to the promotion of interdisciplinary collaborative development.
