Huahai Qingke won the "IC Innovation Award" Achievement Industrialization Award
On July 9, the 2022 IC Industry Chain Collaborative Innovation Development Exchange Conference and the China Integrated Circuit Innovation Alliance Conference were held to present awards to the fifth "IC Innovation Award". Huahai Qingke Co., Ltd. won the "12-inch Chemical Mechanical Polishing (CMP) Equipment" won the Achievement Industrialization Award of the Fifth "IC Innovation Award.
The "IC Innovation Award" was established by the China Integrated Circuit Innovation Alliance in 2018 to focus on encouraging integrated circuit technology innovation, achievement industrialization, and upstream and downstream cooperation in the industrial chain. The award has strict evaluation standards and high gold content. Being able to win this honor is a high recognition of Huahai Qingke's industrialization achievements in innovation and research and development, industrialization development, and market expansion.
As a high-end semiconductor equipment manufacturer with core independent intellectual property rights, Huahai Qingke is mainly engaged in the research and development, production, sales and technical services of semiconductor special equipment. Since its establishment in 2013, the company has always adhered to independent research and development of core technologies. After several years of painstaking research, it has developed my country's first 12-inch CMP equipment and series of products.
