Our hospital successfully passed the 2022 quality system supervision and audit

On April 15, China International Certification (Beijing) Co., Ltd. supervised and reviewed the operation of the quality management system of Tianjin High-end equipment Research Institute of Tsinghua University (hereinafter referred to as "Tsinghua Tianjin equipment Institute"). According to GB/19001-2016/ISO 9001:2015 Standard, Institute Quality Manual and related documents, the audit covers 7 research institutes including Tsinghua Tianjin Equipment Institute Robot and Automation Equipment Engineering Research Institute, Lubrication Technology Research Institute, Lubrication and Friction Testing Center, Heavy Equipment Technology Research Institute, Laser Engineering Research Institute, Advanced Energy Equipment Technology Research Institute, Composite Manufacturing and Intelligent Identification Research Institute.
The audit team reviewed the relevant work involved in the management, scientific research department, quality assurance office and various research institutes as planned, and obtained objective evidence of the operation of the quality management system through communication with the heads of various functional departments, project leaders and employees, on-site observation, document review, record inspection and other methods. The audit team determined that the qualification and authority of the existing organization and personnel of our hospital are appropriate. The operation of the quality management system can effectively achieve the specified objectives, has the ability to meet the requirements of applicable laws, regulations and contracts, and meets the requirements of GB/T19001-2016/ISO 9001:2015 standard. Under the influence of the epidemic situation for two consecutive years, the production and operation, quality management and economic development of our hospital are still stable.

 

On April 15, China Global Joint International Certification (Beijing) Co., Ltd. made a report on the quality of our hospital.
The operation of the management system has been supervised and audited for the first time.

 

Zhang Xiangjun, vice president of Tsinghua Tianjin Equipment Institute and representative of quality management system manager, expressed his gratitude to the audit team for their hard work and summarized the supervision and audit work. Zhang Xiangjun pointed out that the problems found in the audit should be continuously improved, the work process should be continuously optimized, and the management should be further standardized; the operation and management of the ISO9001 quality management system should be organically combined to create a quality assurance management system in line with the characteristics of our hospital to ensure the steady development of the research institute.
