Our hospital held a special lecture on patent award policy.
On the morning of September 18, 2021, the Tianjin High-end Equipment Research Institute of Tsinghua University (hereinafter referred to as "Tsinghua Tianjin Equipment Institute") held an online presentation on the patent award policy to make a policy presentation on the "Interim Provisions on the Administration of Invention Patent Authorization Awards" just issued by our institute. Wang Shidan, assistant to the president of our college, and Feng Libin, assistant to the minister of scientific research, attended the meeting and delivered speeches. Relevant persons in charge of more than ten research institutes (centers), scientific research departments, innovation and investment and financing departments of our college attended the lecture.
Wang Shidan made clear the determination of the hospital's patent award and stressed the importance of patent application and patent layout. Feng Libin, Assistant Minister of Scientific Research Department, gave a detailed policy presentation on the general principles and incentive measures of the patent policy issued. At the same time, he gave a detailed introduction to the patent pre-examination, excellent examination, the original incentive policy and the application process in the hospital. After the policy presentation, he answered all the questions raised by everyone.
The patent award policy aims to encourage in-service personnel to invent and create, enhance patent awareness, increase the number of invention patents authorized by our institute, and improve the layout of intellectual property rights. After the meeting, a number of research institutes (centers) contacted the scientific research department to feedback the intention of patent application and the details of the consultation policy. The feedback lecture was timely and helped and promoted the patent application of the research team.
