Hello everyone, I am Qi Tong, a native of Taian, Shandong, born in 84. At present, he is in charge of the business work of the automation department, purchasing department and sales department in the composite manufacturing institute, and at the same time holds the post of vice president of the industrialization company.

What are your main responsibilities now?

　　At present, my work mainly focuses on the business and project negotiation of technology application,For example, the vehicle manufacturer of CRRC talks about the visual inspection project and the aviation tire project of Sinochem Group. Supply chain relationship management and system construction; Personnel management and project schedule management of automation department, etc.

In these three fields, we have opened up four industries, including:

　　Rubber industry: including aviation tires, automobile tires, rubber products production equipment;

　　Textile IndustryCustomized equipment around machine vision, such as defect detection of cloth, defect detection of weaving net, non-standard customized special equipment;

　　Automotive industry: such as internal thread hole detection, AGV intelligent logistics trolley, engine cylinder liner inner hole spraying, etc;

　　Carbon industry: Research and development of custom graphite and carbon electrode processing equipment, etc.

　　Is there anything that impressed you in your work over the years that you would like to share with us?

What impressed me deeply was a project in the automobile business. We promoted internal thread hole detection equipment in the enterprise. You probably know that cars are all group in nature, and the operation mode of the management system from upstream to downstream is different. At the same time, the businesses that employees are personally responsible for are very specific, and they are not responsible for work outside the business. At that time, it was necessary to communicate with many departments when advancing this project, and at the same time coordinate different departments such as technology, commerce, and procurement,This project took a year to advance, and it gave me the feeling that "small streams continue to explore and finally merge into the vast ocean". Of course, we succeeded in the end. This is a process of testing mentality and tempering will. It left a deep impression on me. Now that I think about it, it seems like yesterday.

　　

　　With the advancement of the industrialization of the research institute, the research institute also needs to expand its business. After so many years of contact with customers, what are our advantages in the process of running the market?

　　From your perspective, what kind of goals do you hope the institute can achieve this year?

We have extended from technical projects to product projects, and last year's business has been highlighted. From my point of view, I hope that the business sales can beDouble to double last year.

　　Our research institute has developed very fast in the past two years, everyone is very motivated, and the atmosphere is very good every time we come here. How do you think this culture came into being?

Everyone comes from different industries, with different knowledge, education, and work experience, but we have a common goal. When we encounter problems, we can "Wen" and "Wu". 　　I have also heard before that sometimes our employee interviews are conducted at night, and we are busy during the day and have no time. On the whole, everyone is very hardworking.

This is indeed the case. Everyone is also influenced by Mr. Liu. He often works during the day and travels at night. Under such an example, we also meet with customers during the day, approve reports, technical discussions and other matters at night. In the project, we encountered technical difficulties that needed to be solved. We were also busy with the design work during the day. After dinner, we began to discuss the technical details. Sometimes we discussed them until one or two o'clock at night. There was no one who did not attend the meeting for no reason and complained about the work.

Now everyone is used to traveling at night and try not to take up working hours during the day, so it is not uncommon for interviews at night. If you want to run fast, you have to rely on the headband. Team spirit is still very inspired by the director.

　　Every time I look for you, I am either on a business trip or in a meeting. Now I understand our business and why you are so busy at work. Apart from work, what is your current living condition like? Are you from Shandong and your family are all in Tianjin?

At present, I am living in an apartment provided by the Institute in Tianjin. My lover works in Beijing and my grandmother takes the children with her in her hometown in Shandong, so we are separated.

My daughter was born in 2012. I am 9 years old this year. It can be said that I have been with my child for a short time since the child was born, and it takes less than one year in total. I only occasionally go home to watch the child during the national legal holidays. During the summer vacation, the child will stay with me. For a few days, as a father, I have missed the growth of the child. I have never participated in any parent-child meetings or school parent-child activities, so I see all kinds of children, the heart will feel more indebted to her.

　　It is true that I have been in a state of struggle all the time. The old people in my hometown also have a hard time watching. Are there any other brothers and sisters in the family? Do you have any plans to buy a house in Tianjin?

There is also a younger sister in the family who is married. For me, my younger sister actually makes me worry-free. My wife and I both work in other places,My sister is taking care of everything in the family.
