In order to further strengthen economic exchanges and cooperation between Shanxi Province and the Bohai Rim region, on June 25, Lu Dongliang, vice governor of Shanxi Province, and his entourage of 20 people visited the Tianjin High-end equipment Research Institute of Tsinghua University (hereinafter referred to as "Tsinghua Tianjin High-end Institute") to conduct research and exchange on how the innovative development model of industry-university-research integration can help the industrial transformation and upgrading of Shanxi Province. During the exchange, the delegation conducted in-depth inquiries and communication on the innovative development model of the research institute's industry-university-research integration, the form of communication between the research institute and the government, the ownership of intellectual property rights, and the equity relationship with industrialized companies. He Yongyong said that Tsinghua University's exploration on the road of transformation of scientific and technological achievements is solid, pragmatic, systematic and standardized. China's innovation elements are concentrated in universities. How to ask for achievements from universities and realize the rapid transformation and landing of scientific and technological achievements is the long-term exploration goal of the state, universities and scientific research institutes. In recent years, the state has issued a series of policies to encourage original innovation and the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. The innovative model of the research institute is the embodiment of the innovative development model of industry-university-research integration.
