The power conversion system (PCS) and battery management system (BMS) with high quality, high efficiency and high power energy density developed by using super-energy capacitor made of graphene material as storage unit and silicon carbide (SiC) power device and high frequency electromagnetic isolation element can provide high quality medium and low voltage AC and DC power supply for DC bus, AC single phase and AC three phase, ensure the safety of electrical equipment and reduce the power consumption of the system.

01. High charging and discharging
Support 10C charging, 50C discharge. The charging time problem and the discharge power problem are solved. Through power conversion technology and intelligent load switching technology, the enterprise can switch the backup power supply without power outages. The super-capacitor adopts the technology of "pseudo-capacitor microporous lithium storage", which is the first in China and retains the characteristics of fast charging, low temperature and cycling. Traditional lithium-ion batteries cannot achieve fast charging (damaged electrodes), traditional supercapacitors have low energy density (10 times the weight of lithium batteries), and traditional nickel-metal hydride batteries have low cycle life and low energy density.


The battery capacitor can be charged at maximum 10C and discharged at 50C. This good charge and discharge performance makes it possible for small batteries and high power.

The energy density can reach 130wh/kg, which is close to the level of lithium iron phosphate battery, and the power density can reach a maximum of 10kW/kg. After actual tests, it is charged and discharged 10000 times at 5C, and the capacitor still maintains 90% of the electricity. According to the calculation of normal charging and discharging times, the service life of 100,000 times can be guaranteed.
At present, the supercapacitor can not only achieve the energy density of the battery, but also retain the high power density characteristics of the capacitor.

It can work normally in the environment of minus 40°C and minus 80°C.
