The "Recommendations" of the Fifth Plenary Session focused on the development of the "14th Five-Year Plan" and also put forward the long-term goal of 2035. This year's Central Economic Work Conference has made overall considerations for the next year and even the entire "14th Five-Year Plan" period, focusing on the deployment of economic work next year. The preparation of the draft outline should not only comprehensively consider the development in the next five years and link up with the long-term goal of 2035, but also make overall plans and arrangements for the special circumstances of promoting normal economic growth and laying a solid foundation for development in the next two years.
