Institute introduction:
Intelligent Green Equipment Research Center was founded by Professor Shuangfu of Mechanical Engineering of Tsinghua University. It is a base for intelligent manufacturing and green environmental protection innovation, technology transformation and industry incubation. The team led by Suo Shuangfu has long been engaged in research and development in the field of intelligent manufacturing and green innovation. The team members are composed of professors, doctoral supervisors, senior engineers, and researchers from Tsinghua University.

Intelligent falling yarn machine
The intelligent falling yarn machine is currently the fastest in the domestic and foreign markets. The stability of the intubation and the reliability of the equipment are listed in the forefront of the domestic industry level, and a qualitative leap has been completed. This type of falling yarn machine requires only one person to operate on one side and is fully automated. It is suitable for light spindle, aluminum spindle falling yarn, high and low count falling yarn, compact spinning and ordinary spinning falling yarn, and can also adapt to the falling yarn transformation of long and short spinning machines at home and abroad.

Industrialization process:
So far, more than 20 kinds of new products in five categories have been developed, and 45 national patents and 4 invention patents have been obtained. The Institute has been cooperating with many domestic and foreign textile enterprises, such as Tongling Songbao Machinery Co., Ltd., and will eventually be built into an intelligent manufacturing and green environmental protection research center integrating design, development, production and sales.
