On December 15, Tianjin high-end equipment and intelligent manufacturing talent innovation and entrepreneurship alliance held its inaugural meeting in Beichen District. It is necessary to aim at the pain points and difficulties of enterprise development, focus on the needs of enterprise development, guide upstream and downstream enterprises, and contribute wisdom and strength to the construction of "five modern Tianjin.

With the theme of "high-end empowerment and intelligence to create the future", the participants delivered keynote speeches on the training of intelligent manufacturing talents in the post-epidemic era, promoting the innovative development of production and education integration, and realizing the independent control of equipment manufacturing data, and conducted in-depth discussions on promoting the development of "production-city integration" and "production-talent integration.

Tian Fang made a project roadshow on the high-end equipment manufacturing technology of aviation profiles, this paper makes a systematic introduction to the core technical characteristics, product functions and applications of special intelligent equipment, special vehicle equipment intelligent production line and emergency response intelligent equipment manufactured by the digital aerospace industry. Liu Huasen made a project roadshow on the theme of flexible spraying robot system based on robot vision, and made a detailed report on the background and requirements, system characteristics and application scenarios of flexible spraying system.
Participants conducted in-depth discussions on the training and gathering of high-end equipment and intelligent manufacturing talents in the new era, industrial development, investment promotion, talent recruitment, etc., and introduced the latest scientific research results to promote school-enterprise docking and achievement transformation.
