Lubrication Technology Institute of our hospital successfully passed the CNAS laboratory certification

In October 2020, the Lubrication Technology Research Institute (hereinafter referred to as "Lubrication Research Institute") of Tianjin High-end Equipment Research Institute of Tsinghua University (hereinafter referred to as "Tsinghua Tianjin High-end Research Institute") successfully passed the laboratory accreditation evaluation of China National Accreditation Service Committee (CNAS). This is another gratifying achievement of our institute in testing service management and fully affirms the operation quality of the laboratory management system of our institute of lubrication technology, it is also an effective proof of the accuracy and reliability of the project detection capability recognized by the Institute of Lubrication Technology.

Since the establishment of the testing laboratory and the establishment of the 17025 quality management system in 2017, the Lubrication Technology Research Institute of Tsinghua Tianjin High-end Institute has been mainly engaged in the testing services of environmentally friendly metal processing fluids, lubricants and core functional additives.

The CNAS system team of Lubrication Institute currently has 9 staff members, including 7 with master's degree, 2 with undergraduate degree, 2 with senior engineer title and 5 with intermediate engineer title. Since the middle of 2018, the preparation of CNAS application has been started. The team members have worked together, performed their respective duties, improved their own work, actively participated in training, improved system awareness and professional familiarity, and finally successfully passed the CNAS certification in October this year. This is the result of the joint efforts of relevant staff.

The Lubrication Institute has advanced testing and analysis experimental equipment at home and abroad, a high-level testing team, and superior collaborative resources, which provide an effective guarantee for the comprehensiveness, professionalism and accuracy of testing services. Lubrication Institute always adheres to the requirements of CNAS management system, ensures the standardization and fairness of laboratory activities, takes quality as the center, and earnestly implements"Scientific, orderly, rigorous, standardized, fair, efficient, enthusiastic and thoughtful"The quality policy, to ensure the effective operation and continuous improvement of the management system, testing based on the current effective, scientific and applicable methods, to achieve fair, objective and accurate results of the report, timely to provide customers with true, complete and reliable test results and high quality service.

The Lubrication Institute will continue to maintain the adequacy, integrity and effectiveness of the laboratory management system on the existing basis, continue to expand testing items, consolidate testing quality, and meet the upcoming development opportunities and industry challenges with a new look, based on the present, Integrate characteristic resources, give full play to inherent advantages, and develop the Lubrication Technology Research Institute into a distinctive, capable, level, and well-known testing service laboratory.
