We signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Beijing Research Institute of Sinopec Lubricant Co., Ltd.
On September 2, Tianjin High-end Equipment Research Institute of Tsinghua University (referred to as "High-end Institute") and Beijing Research Institute of Sinopec Lubricants Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Sinopec Beiyan") signed a strategic cooperation agreement. This strategic cooperation agreement will be based on the technical research and development of lubricating oil products by the Institute of Lubrication Technology of the High-end Institute (hereinafter referred to as "Lubrication Institute"), giving full play to the technical complementarity of the advantages of both sides and establishing a win-win mechanism.
Since its establishment, the Lubrication Institute has been committed to developing green lubrication technologies and products with international advanced level and independent intellectual property rights, including water-based metalworking fluids, lubricants and core additives, self-lubricating materials, etc., and focusing on the key in the high-end manufacturing field. The main goal is the localization of consumables, and "the development and application of core additives for lubricants" is an important direction of research and development. At present, lubrication in this field has made certain achievements, obtained a number of intellectual property rights of additive synthesis and compounding technology, and according to the development trend of the automotive industry to carry out low-viscosity electric vehicle lubricants, wind power lubricants and other high-end oil research and development work. The signing of this strategic cooperation will make full use of Sinopec Beiyan's leading role and appeal in the lubricating oil industry, and organically combine the technology and products of the Lubrication Institute with the technology and product platform of Sinopec Beiyan, so as to improve the product performance and core competitiveness of Sinopec Beiyan and accelerate the transformation process of scientific and technological achievements of the Lubrication Institute.
In the future, based on this strategic cooperation, the two sides will build China's high-end industrial gear oil evaluation system through scientific research and development and scientific and technological innovation of related industrial oil products, so as to jointly promote the high-quality development of the industry.
