Hello, everyone, I am Qi Hui, a research and development engineer from the Robot Institute of Tianjin High-end Institute in Tsinghua. I come from Henan, the central plains with a long history and good cultural tradition. In July 2005, I entered the Mechanical Institute of Inner Mongolia University of Technology to complete the further study of mechanical design and theory in the Mechanical Institute of Henan University of Technology after completing the undergraduate course in Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation, and completed the postgraduate study in April 2008, come to our beautiful coastal city of Tianjin, began the best life!

Why did you choose the machinery industry at the beginning, was it out of interest from childhood?

When it comes to the machinery industry, many people first think of "dirty", "tired" and "poor". Compared with IT and finance, they feel that the machinery industry is simply a huge pit in a deep pit.

In fact, choosing the machinery industry is also my interest since childhood. When I was a child, I loved to tamper with my hands. When I grew up, I would still get a full sense of accomplishment because of what I tamped.

The machinery industry can give people a down-to-earth feeling. In an impetuous society, there are so many industries that are profitable and get rich quickly, and I prefer the sense of steadiness step by step!

Yes, it is better to have a little more "craftsman spirit" and a full sense of sureness!

What is your current position in the robotics institute and your current research and development direction?

At present, I am mainly responsible for the research and development of aerospace robot technology and automation equipment, intelligent robot and automation equipment.

We know that the Robotics Institute is the earliest research team established by the high-end institute. It has been successfully renewed this year. Can you tell us about the business field and current situation of the Robotics Institute?

The Robot Institute was officially established on February 1, 2015. It is the intelligent robot and automation equipment achievement, technology transformation and industrial incubation base of the excellent team of Professor Chen Ken of Tsinghua University in Tianjin High-end Institute. The team led by Professor Chen Ken is composed of the research team of Tsinghua University, the R & D engineering team of Tsinghua Tianjin High-end Institute and the incubation company. It has been engaged in the research and development of intelligent robots and automation equipment for a long time, and is in the domestic leading level in the research and development of aviation special robots and automation manufacturing equipment. At present, the Robot Institute is cooperating with key units in the fields of aviation, aerospace, military industry, etc., and the youthful figure of robots can be seen in China's high-precision and large-country heavy equipment fields.

There is great room for development in the field of robot automation and artificial intelligence in the future. Can you talk about your understanding and personal goals?

With the rapid development of intelligent manufacturing, the field of robot automation and artificial intelligence, which occupies half of the intelligent manufacturing industry, has also entered a stage of rapid development and has great room for development. In our work and life, there is no application of robot automation and artificial intelligence everywhere. This shows that robot automation and artificial intelligence have been more and more widely used in all aspects of our lives, and the domestic and foreign markets will be in a high explosive period in the next 5 to 10 years!

Robot automation and artificial intelligence are in a hot industry, and they are also the products of high technology. They can always constantly push through the old and bring forth the new, and emerge in an endless stream of new technologies, so as to find new inspiration and new ideas, instead of repeating mechanical work every day. Learning and exploring new things will keep me fresh and challenging all the time. I hope I can make my own contribution to the field of robot automation and artificial intelligence in China!

Do you have many opportunities to travel at work?

Every time we contact, I am almost always on a business trip or on the way of a business trip. The Robot Institute is committed to the integrated development of production, education and research of robots and automation equipment. It is bound to have more cooperation with relevant military units, scientific research institutions and enterprises. Therefore, there are relatively more opportunities for business trips in normal work. In particular, we have always had a good cooperative relationship with the major OEMs in the aviation industry. Every long-distance business trip not only broadens my horizons, but also allows me to do my part for the cause of the motherland in this era of progress. Proud!

Do you personally like this kind of business trip life?

I prefer this kind of business trip opportunity, which is also an exercise in my comprehensive ability in all aspects: when communicating with others, I can keep myself optimistic all the time; Learn to live in peace with others, adapt yourself to the social environment and learn to use all the resources around you to solve various problems; Avoid indecision when dealing with problems, do it boldly according to your correct method, and develop a straightforward character, and learn lessons from mistakes to make your ability to deal with problems in future work more mature.

I first met you because of your party membership. When did you join the party?

Stop and look back, twelve years ago, I grew from an ordinary college student to a glorious Chinese college student party member. This is a qualitative leap, and it also means that the party has put forward higher requirements and hopes for itself. After joining the party organizationally, student party members should constantly strengthen the training and cultivation of party spirit in practice, give full play to the vanguard and exemplary role of party members, and strive to really join the party ideologically, because joining the party organizationally once in a lifetime, but ideologically joining the party takes a lifetime.

As a party member, I always inspire me to study harder and develop in an all-round way, shoulder the historical mission entrusted to us by this era, strengthen the cultivation of party spirit, and always embody the vanguard and exemplary role of a qualified party member in my work and life!

At present, there are many learning activities for party members in high-end colleges. You are also an active member of learning activities every time.

Now our high-end college party member activities are very colorful, providing our party members with a good learning platform and learning opportunities. Every learning activity actively makes oneself an active member.

Recently, there have been many tasks, especially more business trips. As a result, we have been unable to participate in several party member activities. However, no matter when the business trip is completed, we will take the initiative to further study and supplement the main idea of our party member activities. Can you tell me about your personal situation, whether you have brothers and sisters, whether you are married, and where you live in Tianjin.

I come from an ordinary family in Henan Province. My father is a retired military officer and my mother is an excellent bank clerk. My parents carry a kind of innate kindness and are always kind to others. They have always used their hard-working hands to work and live hard. They have taught me since I was a child that I should not go astray. I must be upright and do things. As long as I work hard with my own hands, I will eventually get happy results.

As an only child, I always follow the teachings of my parents, and learn from my parents the qualities of hard work, simplicity, diligence, kindness, and helpfulness. At present, he has settled in Hedong District of Tianjin City, and has married and had children. He has a living and lovely son!

Are you and your lover classmates? How old is the child this year? Has he shown any special preference for machinery?

My lover and I met at a company party. I thank our acquaintance and her silent efforts behind me, so that I can concentrate on the business I love. I feel ashamed of her and her children for frequent business trips. I firmly believe that I will give them a bright tomorrow!

In an instant, the child is more than four years old. At ordinary times, he always proudly tells his friends that his father is a mechanical engineer and can fix anything. At present, he is also immersed in various scientific experiments. I hope he can become a useful person to the society when he grows up!

Do you have any hobbies at ordinary times?

I always feel that I can work and rest. Only by combining work and rest can I stay energetic and full of vitality.

In my spare time, I have always insisted on long-distance running. I think only sports can keep me persistent and competitive at all times, and have a flexible pioneering spirit!

Long-term exercise, let me maintain abundant energy, better life and work!

Are there any special things or people in your life that have a great influence on you?

As a soldier, my father's many qualities had a great influence on me.

The word father seems to appear more in essays and novels. Compared with father, it can better express the severity and love of father, and it is more like the interweaving of children's complicated feelings towards father. My father is a soldier. Since he was a child, because of his military title, my friends will always cast envious eyes and amazed feelings at me! But for me, having a military father did not bring me any superiority, more is his busyness and family alienation. I left in a hurry in the morning and fell asleep when he returned late at night. Now I can't remember what intimate interaction I had with him since I was a child.

Although my father has changed jobs for many years, he has always maintained the style of a soldier. He does what he says. If he wants to do it, he must do better and learn better than others. My father has always been an advanced worker in the unit, and his long-term military career has taught me the qualities of hard work, tenacity and tenacity. This is not only an experience, but also an experience, and an indispensable precious wealth in my life!

At the moment of the epidemic, the lifestyle and mentality of many people have changed. Has this epidemic affected you?

The new crown virus epidemic is sweeping the world, Kobe crashed, can it be restarted in 2020? Life is so unpredictable, the times are so changeable, let me know that without the word "as it should be", all order in life can be terminated at any time, stop going out, stop socializing, and even access to food and daily necessities has become difficult.

Under the epidemic, I, like everyone else, responded to the call of the state to go to work on their own customers is "white and black", "5 plus 2", but the impact on me, more positive. On the one hand, in the outbreak of the epidemic, there is more time to learn, and because there is enough time to learn to think, so that they can calm down to think about future development and goals.

As a result, the momentum to move forward has been strengthened during the epidemic, the original plan has been slightly adjusted, and the existing situation has to move forward even more.

2020 is destined to be an extraordinary year. Work will be more difficult. Increasing competitive pressure will sometimes bring us great pressure. However, it is the foundation of our continuous progress to turn pressure into motivation. In continuous progress, we have made great progress, and we also have pains in progress, but these are temporary, and long-term development is the result we have always wanted!

2020 will be a turning point. On the one hand, the technological differentiation between China and the United States continues, and the foreign containment of China's technological rise continues. On the other hand, the Chinese government has spent more than $20 billion billion to support local manufacturers to become independent and powerful in a wider range of technology fields.

Therefore, I believe that the high-end institute with scientific and technological research and development and independent innovation as the core has such advantages.
