On the afternoon of October 17, Zhang Hongsheng, vice chairman of the Daqing Municipal Committee of the Chinese people's political Consultative Conference and president of the Applied Technology Research Institute, Sun Weishan, deputy director of the Petrochemical Industry Promotion Center of Daqing High-tech Zone, and Cai Xiaoping, chief engineer of Jihua Oil Chemical (Daqing) Co., Ltd., and his entourage visited Tianjin High-end equipment Research Institute of Tsinghua University (referred to as "High-end Institute").
