Reciprocating spraying machine is a non-standard customized equipment, which is mainly customized according to the customer's demand for spraying workpieces. Reciprocating spraying machine on the simple structure of the workpiece spraying speed is very fast, but for some of the more complex workpiece or parts still need to be artificial spray. Therefore, the use of reciprocating spraying machine is small, mainly used in large size and smooth surface of the workpiece spraying.

Intelligent spraying
The representative equipment of intelligent spraying is spraying robot, which solves the problem of intelligent spraying of complex workpieces. The wrist of the more advanced painting robot adopts flexible wrist, which can be bent in all directions and can be rotated. Its action is similar to that of human wrist. Full-surface intelligent robot spraying system for aircraft
The efficiency of aircraft surface coating operation has an important impact on the production cycle and cost of aircraft, at present, most of the domestic aircraft are used to manually complete a variety of toxic coatings of the whole machine and parts coating, there are low efficiency, poor quality, high cost, recruitment difficulties and other problems. Container multi-station automatic spraying
Qingyan Tongchuang is a customized multi-station automatic container spraying production line. This complete set of robot spraying equipment is used to spray the front end, rear end and bottom frame paint of 20-foot, 40-foot and 45-foot container respectively on the same coating production line. The robot drives the spray gun to move along the specified path according to the requirements of the spraying process. Some stations adopt the combination of robot and linear motion unit. Through the selection of auxiliary motion parts, the functional support of a single system for multi-model products is realized.
