As a model of strategic cooperation between Tianjin and Tsinghua University, the high-end institute undertakes the important responsibility and mission of transforming innovative achievements and cultivating innovative talents. As a school-local cooperation base and talent training base, the high-end college is a key exchange unit for the "Tsinghua Students Dongli Tour" activity and an important learning unit for the basic practice courses of mechanical engineering disciplines in Tsinghua University. In recent years, the high-end institute has built a full-time engineering master's training base for intelligent equipment design and manufacturing in Tsinghua University, and has served as the receiving unit of the doctoral practice base in Dongli District to undertake doctoral practice students in Tsinghua University, providing a window and platform for Tsinghua students to take root in Tianjin and Dongli.
