Shen Jun, as the leader of the leading group for the general election of the county and township people's congresses and the leader of the guidance group for the general election of the Dahe Miao Township People's Congress, did not supervise the training of relevant policies and regulations to the village group. In December 2016 and March 2017, due to ineffective implementation of supervision responsibilities, Li Zhicheng and Liu Peizhong were respectively given serious warnings within the party; Zheng Ruxiang, leader of the first people's livelihood supervision group and Secretary of the first discipline work committee of the District Commission for Discipline Inspection, and Li Lian, former deputy leader of the first people's livelihood supervision group and Secretary of the Gulou Street Discipline Work Committee, were given warnings within the party; He Hui (not a member), former deputy director of the supervision bureau.

Tang Zhifen, secretary of the party committee and chairman of China Railway Science and Industry Group Co., Ltd., and Zhang Zhanqi, deputy secretary of the party committee and secretary of the discipline Inspection Commission, were held accountable for the illegal selection and employment of personnel in their unit. In December 2016, the inspection found that China Railway Science and Technology Group Company had the problem of illegal selection and employment. Li Zongchun, deputy director of Hubei Provincial Archives Bureau, was held accountable for the issue of public funds tourism in charge of the unit. From December 2013 to November 2014, Hubei Provincial Archives Science and Technology Promotion Center, Provincial Archives Technology Consulting Center and its subsidiary Hubei Diance Archives Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. successively had three public-funded tourism problems, involving more than 300 people in the center, including staff and external staff, archives staff in the province, and company employees. From January 2013 to July 2015, the 16 internal offices and directly affiliated institutions of the Hainan Provincial Bureau of Statistics successively used fictitious and inflated conference fees to obtain a total of more than 520000 yuan of financial funds and stored in a number of hotels. There are problems such as the establishment and use of "small coffers" and the use of public funds to pay for personal consumption. After Fu Guoxuan and Tang Haichuan learned of the incident, they did not earnestly perform their supervisory duties and did not take timely measures to correct them. In July 2016, due to ineffective implementation of the main responsibility and supervision responsibility, Fu Guoxuan and Tang Haichuan were severely warned by the party and punished by administrative demerits.

The relevant person in charge of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection pointed out that in the past year since the promulgation and implementation of the Regulations on Accountability of the Communist Party of China, the Party Central Committee has been seriously accountable for issues such as systematic canvassing and bribery in Liaoning, the Party Group of the Ministry of Civil Affairs and the Discipline Inspection Team of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection in the Ministry of Civil Affairs. Departments continue to increase accountability, demonstrating the strong determination to administer the party strictly in an all-round and the clear attitude of accountability.
