Following the industrialization of PTFE self-assembled coating industrial flue gas filter material in 2015, the first batch of civil air cleaning products-"Material Hui Life" formaldehyde purification cloth Huacai, produced by the incubator Tianjin Qingke Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., was listed after a year of research and development, testing and pilot production by the Surface Interface Micro-nano Technology Research Institute (hereinafter referred to as "High-end Institute") of Tsinghua University.

The Surface Interface Institute combines the basic theoretical research of fluid-solid interface effect control of the State Key Laboratory of Tribology of Tsinghua University, with micro-nano particle self-assembly technology as the core, realizes technical reorganization and product development, and is mainly committed to pollution prevention and control in industrial flue gas filtration, oil-water separation and surface self-cleaning and other related industrial fields. Through the unremitting efforts of the team, in April 2017, the first batch of civil air cleaning products-"Caihui Life" formaldehyde purification cloth was officially mass produced.

The formaldehyde purification cloth of "Caihui Life" adopts advanced nano-material technology, deeply combines nano-formaldehyde particles with three-dimensional non-woven fabric, the coverage rate of nano-formaldehyde particles of a single fiber is more than 99%, fully enlarges the contact area between the purification particles and the air, rapidly removes formaldehyde, benzene, TVOC and other harmful gases in the air, has a large adsorption capacity, can continuously purify formaldehyde for 6-12 months, and has a synergistic effect of efficient adsorption and catalytic decomposition, thoroughly remove formaldehyde, more simple environmental protection.
