Our Institute and Zhejiang Tsinghua Yangtze River Delta Research Institute formally signed a strategic cooperation agreement

On August 20, 2016, the signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation agreement between Tsinghua University Tianjin High-end equipment Research Institute (referred to as "High-end Institute") and Zhejiang Tsinghua Yangtze River Delta Research Institute (referred to as "Zhejiang Institute") was held in the Li Zhaoji Building of Tsinghua University. Luo Jianbin, President of the High-end Institute, and Wang Tao, President of the Zhejiang Institute, attended the signing ceremony and signed a cooperation agreement on behalf of both parties. At the forum, Luo Jianbin, president of the high-end institute, introduced the achievements made by the high-end institute in the fields of scientific and technological research and development, scientific research transformation, industrial incubation and venture capital since its establishment. Luo Jianbin said at the meeting that the high-end institute is actively exploring the development path of collaborative innovation of industry, university, research and senior management, innovation of high-tech industrial clusters and industrialization of scientific and technological achievements. At the same time, combined with the development advantages of Zhejiang Institute and the Yangtze River Delta Economic Zone, with the goal of coordinated development in multiple fields, the high-end institute is actively exploring the innovation system of innovation carrier cooperation.

At the meeting, the High-end Institute and Zhejiang Institute jointly signed a capital increase agreement on the investment strategic intention of Tianjin Qingke Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. Tianjin Qingke Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. is a high-end institute incubation enterprise, jointly funded by high-end institutes and Tsinghua alumni. It has completely independent intellectual property rights of "TsingKe_Tex" series of coated filter materials and self-designed and manufactured supporting production equipment. The signing of the capital increase agreement, as the first cooperation project of the high-end institute and Zhejiang Institute, not only enhances the innovation and entrepreneurship incubation ability of the two institutes, but also lays a good foundation for the cooperation between the two institutes in mutual investment and mutual incubation of industrialization companies.

High-end Institute Investment Fund, Zhejiang Institute Investment Fund and Tianjin Qingke Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. signed an intention investment agreement.

In order to deeply implement the national innovation driven development strategy, promote the comprehensive development of major key technology research and development, regional enterprise innovation service, equity investment of start-up enterprises, regional industrial resources coordination, science and education training, production and research base construction, and further promote the close cooperation between Tsinghua University Research Institute and local co construction Institute, The two sides will jointly tackle key technologies and build industrial technology platform, we will jointly promote the science and education strategic brand of "made in Tsinghua 2025", and strengthen cooperation in the fields of investment and financing, regional industrial resource sharing, and mutual industry and research services, so as to continuously provide innovative power for enterprises and jointly contribute to the construction of our national economy.
