This paper comprehensively expounds the development situation at home and abroad faced by robot technology and industry, and summarizes the work achievements of the Institute in the past year. Chen Ken pointed out that in today's world, the three major emerging industries, including emerging industries, new service industries, and modern manufacturing (high-end equipment manufacturing), are in the ascendant. The development of the robot industry is in a good situation, and the broad social demand has brought unprecedented development opportunities, but at the same time It is facing fierce global competition and technical and market challenges. He said that after nearly a year of hard work by all employees, the institute has achieved a good start: it has completed a united and progressive management and R & D basic team and a good working environment, formulated a basic management system, and continued basic publicity work. Advance; Qingyan Huayu Joint-stock Co., Ltd. has successfully incubated, and has implemented and signed 25 million project contracts; basically completed the design and development of large-scale intelligent spraying robots, Apple bagging robots, and the design of parts spraying industrial robots with independent intellectual property rights. At the same time, he pointed out that in the face of fierce global competition, the robot institute is also facing some urgent problems, the team needs to be strengthened, the management needs to be optimized, and the market needs to be developed.
