Our Institute's Technology Helps Xiangyang to Build "China's New Energy Vehicle Capital"

Tsinghua University Tianjin High-end Equipment Research Institute (hereinafter referred to as "High-end Institute") has rewritten a new chapter in the development of new energy vehicles. Qingyan New Energy Vehicle Engineering Center (Xiangyang) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Qingyan Xiangyang Company"), a platform company jointly established by our industrial incubation company and Xiangyang Xiangzhou District Construction Investment Company, has settled in Xiangyang, adding new force to Xiangyang's building "China's new energy vehicle capital. At present, the project is progressing smoothly, and various tasks such as project site selection, equipment bidding, and talent recruitment are progressing in an orderly manner.

In August 2017, the high-end institute formed a bond with Xiangzhou District of Xiangyang City, and established a new energy vehicle powertrain joint research center on the platform of the high-end institute. It will carry out technical research around the direction of new energy vehicle powertrain. The establishment of the center will play a positive role in promoting the development of new energy vehicle industry and technology in Xiangyang City and even the whole country.

Qingyan Xiangyang Company, as the local docking organization of our hospital in Xiangyang, was registered and established on October 12, 2017. The project site is located in Xiangzhou District Electromechanical Industrial Park, Xiangyang City. The company has completed the industrial and commercial and tax registration procedures, the signing of government investment agreements, the approval of industrial projects and the filing of investment projects. At present, various preparations and business construction work such as bidding for experimental capacity building, land listing, land use planning, and talent recruitment are being carried out.

According to reports, Qingyan Xiangyang Company's main business is located in new energy vehicle assemblies, key components, vehicle test and testing services, as well as research and development and industrialization of key assembly technologies for new energy vehicles, research and industrialization of long-life maintenance-free lubricants for new energy vehicles, and its service areas include test and testing services such as gearboxes, motors, robots, bearings, etc. After the project is completed, it is expected to achieve an annual income of more than 10 million yuan.

In the future, the company's powertrain joint research center will integrate the advantages of all parties to jointly build the largest new energy vehicle powertrain test and inspection base in Central China. At the same time, centering on the strategic layout of China's manufacturing 2025, establish a key technology research and service platform for new energy vehicle powertrain and serve the national automobile industry, To promote the rapid development of China's new energy automobile industry.
